Stitches removed

Rikki had her first post-baby doctor's appointment today where she had her stitches removed. No exercise for a few weeks..... doctor's orders. But she can take the occasional light walk on the beach. We brought Jack along.....which was his first trip out since coming home from the hospital. He slept straight through all the commotion.....

Tomorrow, we go to the pediatrician and I think Jack will have much more to say.......
