Snow Day

A morning at the Spa for Rikki and sledding in the afternoon with the McMahons!  It was frigid cold so poor Grace didn't last long, but enjoyed her first sled ride. You can actually see the transition in the photos from "hey this is fun!" to "are we done yet?"  Jack and Chris tackled the big sledding "bump" at Burns Park and then home for hot chocolate, popcorn and Saturday movie night. We watched "The Explorers" (strange 80's movie with a very young Ethan Hawke) and Jack now wants to build a rocket ship and go into space :)

Wish I had a photo, but we had THE BEST prime rib for dinner! Blue cheese butter, sauteed mushrooms and homemade gravy fries. Pisco sours. Vino.  Roaring fire. You get the idea. It was a really good day.
