Jack's Grill

Well, one year after construction (or slightly less), I finished Jack's grill. See here for construction photos.

We celebrated with a Happy Hour/Pizza Party last Friday. Cooked ~30 pizzas over four hours.



Jose took charge of the Pisco Sours.







Followed up with a third firing today when we created authentic (says friend Jayadev) tandoori and naan. So many possibilities....
