Grace's patio

I'm making progress on Grace's Patio. After I mortared in two rows of block, I dropped in ~4 tons of 21AA limestone and compacted it. Then another 3 tons of 6A screenings on top (leveled, but loose). The top stone is edged-in temporarily with some loose block (including a dry-set layout for the pizza oven and bar). I'll pour a cement border in after I get the flagstone laid on top (dry). There's electric run in steel conduit to the pizza oven and the bar.

The flagstone is really nice NY bluestone. Each piece is ~3x4foot and weighs ~125lbs or so (3 tons total, although I might need a little more). It has great color gradients and texture.

So far, I've been able to do everything myself (well, my truck helped a lot, 14 runs back and forth from Best Block and down a narrow steep hill into my backyard). Took me about 7 full days to get this far (1 day prepping/leveling under the old patio; 2 days on the block; 2 days on the 21AA+wiring, 1 day on the 6AA, plus another day in total shopping, planning, etc.)

I have no idea how long it will take to cut/lay the flagstone. But I do know that I'll need help.......
