After MUCH work helping to get us settled in our new house (seriously, we had 3 truckloads of yard clippings, and at least 3 more of cardboard boxes in just a couple days) we took Grammy, GrampaRon and Aunt Kelly to Summerfest. So Ann Arbor - this is a free monthlong festival with live music every night, kid activities, outdoor movies, shows, food, beer, wine tasting, after hours stuff - you name it. The most surprising thing is that it's not overly crowded and parking is incredibly easy (although we walked a lot of the time). Chris and I even went to watch Casablanca at the outdoor movie screen to celebrate our anniversary - fantastic! I really can't thank my family enough for everything they did for us - we could never have moved in so fast on our own!!
