Here are some pics of Jack watching his Dad chop some wood in preparation for our upcoming camping trip this weekend in the Elqui Valley. Jack was mesmorized by the power saw and got pretty good at imitating the noise it made. Chris is in Rio this week for a conference so we hope these photos cheer him up.

I'm very cheered up! But it was even better yesterday when Jack and I chatted over video. We had a real conversation! Dad: "How does a sheep go?" Jack: "Bahh!" Dad: "How does a horse go?" Jack: "Nayyyy!" Dad: "How does a cow go?"...pause...pause... Jack: "Nayyy!".
