The weather was great today and as we're leaving tomorrow for the wintry US we went to the beach. It wasn't too long before Jack had to put his feet in the sand and he LOVED it. He stuck his hands right in and was fascinated - he didn't even really try to eat it, just played. Unfortunately, as I was busy snapping photos, Jack did a face-plant in the sand (with a newly sunblock-slathered face) and was coated in sand - had it up his nose and everything. It didn't seem to bother him much until I tried to wipe it off. We all had fun and look forward to see what he does with snow...
