Simon spent the week with the Chilean Miller's. Besides grilling (3 times) on Jack's grille, we played two games of frisbee golf with Jack along for the ride. We took a stroll along the beach, hosted a Happy Hour (first in a long time), and just generally chilled out around the house.
Many thanks to Simon and Ginny for sending us Sam's hand-me-downs (Jack has gotten a lot cuter in his new clothes).
Although we didn't have time to brew, Simon helped get a lot of things done around the house and happily held a crying (or squeaking) Jack many times.
Simon's off to the U.S. and back home to his own family. We hope to see him along with Ginny and Sam, in Santa Fe during a work meeting in September.
